Service Description

A full, Initial Nutrition Consultation from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world. During this 90 minute session I will talk with you about your health concerns and expectations, explore your full health and medical history and discuss lifestyle factors that may support your health journey. You will then receive a full, detailed treatment plan from me explaining dietary changes, instructions for any prescribed nutritional supplements, referrals for any pathology or functional testing that may be indicated and a few lifestyle suggestions to help you on your way

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice.
